1. 用戶知悉與同意 (Acknowledgement and Agreement)
1.1 在使用本系統前，您確認並承諾已仔細閱讀並理解系統操作手冊及服務條款，並同意接受所有條款的約束。您進行的任何操作均視為您已完全了解並接受相關風險。
Prior to using the copy trading system, you confirm and acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions, as well as the operations manual.
1.2 您承諾不將本系統用於任何非法行為或違規操作，並承擔由此引發的所有後果。
You agree not to use this system for any illegal or unauthorized activities and accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from such actions.
1.3 您知悉並同意，所有投資決策均由您自行作出，且所有交易行為均視為已獲得您的授權執行。
You acknowledge and agree that all investment decisions are made independently by you, and all trading actions are deemed authorized by you.
1.4 我們僅從事自動跟單技術的教學與技術支持，不從事以下活動：
- 不集資、不推銷、不代操、不分析預測趨勢、不推介建議、不談金融商品價格。
We only provide educational content and technical support for automated copy trading systems. We do not engage in fundraising, promotion, trading on behalf of clients, trend analysis or forecasting, financial product recommendations, or price discussions.
2. 技術服務範圍與限制 (Scope of Technical Service)
2.1 本系統僅提供技術連接服務，不參與投資建議、交易操作或資金管理。所有投資決策均由用戶自行決定，本系統對此不承擔任何法律責任。
The system provides only technical connection services and does not participate in investment advice, trading operations, or fund management. All investment decisions are solely the user’s responsibility.
2.2 用戶應謹慎選擇合法的交易平台並承擔由此帶來的風險。本系統不對平台的合規性或穩定性提供任何擔保。
Users should carefully select legal trading platforms and bear the associated risks. The system does not guarantee the compliance or stability of any platform.
3. 用戶責任與風險承擔 (User Responsibility and Risk)
3.1 用戶需自行承擔因不正當使用本系統所產生的直接、間接或後續損失。
The system is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses caused by the misuse of its services.
3.2 投資行為可能導致本金損失，且過去績效不代表未來結果。用戶應以閒置資金進行投資，不應影響日常生活開支。
Investments may result in the loss of principal, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Users are advised to use only disposable income for investments.
4. 技術風險與不可抗力 (Technical Risks and Force Majeure)
4.1 網際網路技術存在不穩定性，可能因伺服器問題、病毒入侵、駭客攻擊或政府管制等原因導致服務中斷或損失，本系統不對此類不可抗力因素承擔責任。
The system is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by server issues, malware, hacking, or governmental restrictions.
4.2 不同交易平台的報價可能存在差異，用戶需自行確認交易平台的合法性及產品特性。
Price discrepancies may occur across different trading platforms. Users must ensure the legality and characteristics of their chosen platform.
5. 訊號來源與第三方責任 (Signal Source and Third-Party Liability)
5.1 本系統僅為外匯投資者提供交易訊號的技術連接，不保證訊號的準確性或及時性。
The system only provides technical connections for trading signals and does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such signals.
5.2 訊號來源僅為第三方的觀點與行為，並不構成投資建議或收益保證。本系統對第三方提供的交易訊號及行為不承擔任何責任。
Signal sources reflect the views and actions of third parties and do not constitute investment advice or guarantee returns. The system assumes no responsibility for third-party signals or actions.
6. 投資決策的獨立性 (Independence of Investment Decisions)
用戶基於本系統提供的交易訊號所進行的任何投資行為均視為自主決策，且被視為用戶已明確授權執行。用戶需自行承擔所有相關風險，本系統不承擔任何損失責任。
All investment actions based on signals provided by the system are deemed independent decisions by the user and authorized by the user. The system is not liable for any resulting losses.
7. 法律適用與管轄地 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
本免責聲明受台灣法律管轄，任何與本系統相關的爭議，均應由台灣法院專屬管轄。
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Taiwan, and any disputes arising in connection with the system shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwanese courts.
8. 最終解釋權 (Final Interpretation Rights)
